Katherine's signature KGBody class is a combination of high energy, FUN “dance-letic” cardio and body-weight strength training is a “one and done” hour of complete mind-body fitness. This kick-butt class is the perfect fix for the busy go-getter who loves to work up a good sweat, sculpt a lean, sexy physique, and top it off with a stress relieving cool down.
