HAYLEY— WEST COAST
Hayley Marshall has been a professional cardio-dance darling for the past three years beginning at The Art of Fitness in Astoria and then NYC’s The Movement teaching a sweaty mantra kickboxing party with Erin Stutland's SHRINK SESSION. Meeting Katherine Greiner at The Movement, Hayley was transformed by KGBody’s method and knew instantly she wanted to share in this joyful work. Hayley encourages her clients to listen to the music underneath them, become inspired, and let that playful curiosity help their bodies’ intuition foster. Coming from a professional musical theatre background with performances all the way from regional theaters in Boston, Ohio, and Nebraska to NYC's Lincoln Center and Scotland's Edinburgh Fringe Festival, she’s always found a great release in dancing. Her deep passion for yoga and fitness also accompanies her as she now grapevines down artistic avenues in Los Angeles after 12 years in NYC. Hayley can also be seen daily jumping on the trampoline in her popular classes at Ballet Bodies in West Hollywood where she also teaches pilates. She is grateful to KGBody for providing her a nourishing way to connect to people who keep her on her toes!
